How the Referral Partnership Works
1. Refer a Property Owner looking for Property Management
Submit their details via our referral form or contact us directly.
2. We manage the property
We engage with your client, understand their asset and objectives, and deliver structured, professional property management.
3. You earn annual trail commission
When Belmont is appointed, you receive ongoing annual trail commission on management fees, for up to three years, while the client remains under management.
When your client is ready to transact again, we step aside and bring you back in.
